1500 ORIGINAL hours when a rod bearing went low on oil and was making noise, This was due to a prop cavitation vibration in the boat.

Engine was completely disassembled A "NEW" OEM Caterpillar crankshaft,bearings,connecting rod etc.were installed. The block was sent out to be line bored. The injection pump was sent to Caterpillar to be checked just in case. Engine was completely inspected and re-assembled using OEM gaskets and comes with a 6-month parts warranty from date of sale.
